These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all fitness, wellness, esthetic, and booking services provided by Type A Studio LLC and your use of the Mariana Tek platform.



By booking a class or service, purchasing a membership, or entering the studio, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Covered


Includes all fitness, wellness, aesthetic, and booking services.



2. Eligibility — 18+ Only


You must be 18 or older to participate or enter service areas. No minors allowed.



3. Booking & Cancellation Policies


Bookings via website or Mariana Tek. Includes cancellation windows, no-show fees, membership limits. (Insert your specific cancellation details.)



4. Payments & Auto-Renewal


Stored payment methods authorize renewals, service fees, and penalties. All sales final.



5. Health & Treatment Requirements


You must disclose relevant health and skin conditions and follow instructions.



6. Risks & Safety Notice


Fitness and esthetic services involve inherent risks.



7. Sauna Blanket & Red Light Therapy Disclaimer


You confirm that you meet safety requirements and acknowledge these are wellness, not medical, services.



8. Liability Waiver


You release Type A Studio LLC from liability for injuries, reactions, or damages.



9. Conduct


Respectful behavior required. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal.



10. No Medical Advice


Services are cosmetic or wellness-focused, not medical treatment.



11. Refunds


Services and memberships are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
