A love letter from me to you
Dear You,
Welcome to Type A Studio — my love letter to movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
As a Ball Ground native (currently live just up the way in Jasper), I’ve always felt a deep pull toward creating something beautiful for our community — a place where wellness feels intentional, personal, and peaceful. As a licensed esthetician with a love of fitness, I’ve poured my eye for detail and my heart for care into every inch of this studio.
My vision for Type A Studio was simple yet sacred: to design a safe, inclusive, and elevated space where you can explore all sides of wellness — from energizing, instructor-led classes to quiet, self-guided sessions, and rejuvenating treatments like red-light therapy and sauna blankets and many more wellness services. Every element has been curated to help you feel supported, balanced, and empowered along your own wellness journey.
Because Type A Studio is more than just a studio.
It’s your little slice of peace — a space for intentional movement, for restoration, and for self-care. It’s where thoughtful design meets transformation, and where you’re reminded that slowing down, breathing deep, and taking care of yourself is not indulgence — it’s devotion.
With warmth and gratitude,
Ashlyn

Arsheen KOUR
Arsheen’s journey with movement started at a young age through dance and sports. In early college, she rediscovered her passion for Yoga and Mindfulness, which led her to begin a daily practice and complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with M3 Atlanta.
With over 300 hours of combined training — including her 200-hour RYT, a 50-hour HIIT Pilates certification, and a 75-hour Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior training — Arsheen brings intentional and dynamic sequencing to every class.
In her classes, you can expect to have fun while exploring the mind-body connection, whether you’re in a challenging Pilates class or a dynamic vinyasa flow. Her goal is to help students feel empowered, strong, and proud. Showing up is the hardest part — once you’re there, anything is possible.
