FAQ & Studio policy

What to Expect

  • Arrive early (but fashionably so):

Give yourself 5–15 minutes before class to settle in, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the studio. Trust us, you’ll want a moment to soak in the vibe. We also need to check you in.

  • Grippy socks are needed but not required.

We keep it chic and safe. If you forget yours, we have some available for purchase.

  • hydration is key:

bring your water bottle (or grab one from us) to stay hydrated.

  • If you’re running late:

Anything over 10 minutes and we’ll need to reschedule you for next time. Safety and proper warm-up always come first.

Parking & directions to the studio:

Free parking is available at the front of the elm business suites building. You will go through the main doors, then up the stairs you will take a left and the studio is the last door on the right.

STUDIO POLICY :

By accessing or using our website, booking classes, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Class Policies

  • Bookings & Cancellations: Classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled class will be charged a no show fee or result in loss of class credit (if a class pack).

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to class to ensure safety and flow.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the class credit or late.

Membership & Payments

  • All memberships, packages, and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated or discussed.

  • Auto-renewing memberships will be charged on a recurring basis. To cancel, members must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Liability Waiver

By participating in any type a studio classes, events, or activities, you acknowledge that you are physically able to engage in exercise and release type a studio llc from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation.

Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow studio policies may result in suspension or termination of services.
